1. RESEARCH STATUS: The People's Bench is a private, non-commercial research prototype. It is NOT a public service, NOT a legal service, and NOT a "product."
2. ABSOLUTE WAIVER: Use is at the Tester's sole risk. SAM INC provides this tool "AS-IS." Developer makes no claims of legal accuracy or system stability.
3. ZERO LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer's liability is ABSOLUTELY VOID AND LIMITED TO $0.00. This is a condition of access.
4. NO DISTRIBUTION: This is a private, invitation-only prototype. You are strictly prohibited from sharing, publicizing, or distributing any information about this software.
5. NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP: This software is an organizational tool only. It does not provide legal advice or representation.
6. VENUE: Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in Santa Clara County, California.
